We aim to dispatch all orders within 24hrs and should be with you within 1 – 3 working days. If items are out of stock dispatch may be slightly delayed, so please allow up to 28 days.

If you are not satisfied with the performance of your Little Plumber water conditioner then please contact us so that we can check that it has been installed correctly. If after 12 months you are still not satisfied with its performance then you may return it to us for a full refund if we supplied you directly or to the stockist who supplied you who will refund you the price you paid for the unit.
THREE YEAR MANUFACTURER GUARANTEE
All Little Plumber products carry a 3-year guarantee against any manufacturing defect. In the unlikely event of the unit developing a manufacturing fault then please call us and we can arrange for a replacement unit to be sent to you.
